How Do You Play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star On The Piano
On your keyboard, as per the guide below try to learn the tabs and repeat the session for practice. Learn one by one lines and practice all together at last.

For every line, hit first three tabs for two times and last key for one time.
Line 1:
Press each key of C, G and A twice at the end, press G one time
Line 2:
Press every key twice which are F, E and D two times
at last, press C one time.
Line 3:
Press all key of G, F and E two times
at last, press D key once
Line 4:
The lines 4 can be done same as line 3
So, press each key of G, F, and E Twice and then D tab one time.
Keep all the notes in mind, and peacefully learn all the tap notes. For the best tune practice, anyone will result after daily practice.
What Is A Tab

A tab on the piano lays out the groundwork for which white keys correlate with which note they play. For this piano lesson, we will only be discussing the C Major Scale.
Once you become more advanced you will learn more about the difference between major and minor scales.
While learning how to play Twinkle, Twinkle you will need to know this basic scale on your piano: C, D, E, F, G, A, B.
Looking down at your piano you will notice the black keys change from sets of 2 to sets of 3. The C key is the white key located directly to the left hand of the set of 2 black keys. From there it follows the scale above and repeats.
Twinkle, Twinkle uses Middle C. This is the C key located nearest to the center of your piano keyboard.

In order to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with both hands on the piano, you will need to take your time and not rush. We recommend that you take short sequences of the song and play slowly with both hands. When your playing becomes fluid, accelerate slightly to the original speed of the piece. Once the first sequence is mastered, move on to the next and repeat the same exercise. Finally, when this last one is also played with ease, link the two parts, etc.

Youre doing great! Once youre comfortable with the first line, lets move on to the second.
For the second line, we will be using keys C, D, E, and F. Just like it looks, D, E, and F are the first, second and third keys to the right of the C key.
Using your right hand again, move your fingers over these keys:
Our second line goes like this: FF, EE, DD, C.
Can you hear that? Now youre playing!
Practice this line a few times before moving onto the next, if youre comfortable try to play the first and second line together!

Once you have identified the E , you will have to play the whole sequence of notes following:

If you press all these notes one after the other, you are playing the entire left hand of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on the piano.
The left hand doesnt usually provide the melody in a song, but it does help accompany the right hand and add depth and nuance to your playing. Thats why its just as important as the right hand.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star uses six of the seven notes in a scale, making it a nice piece for learning notes and becoming familiar with any particular key. Learn and memorize it in C, F, and G, hands separately and hands together. Then, in the key of C, try learning it with chords and Alberti Bass, as it provides a perfect exercise as preparation for higher level piano skills.
This is a great piece for very young piano students because they know it, and they get to use all five fingers with simple step-wise motion.
Instructions for learning a piece on the piano:
-play each line with right hand until it is easy and/or memorized.
-play each line with left hand until it is easy and/or memorized.
-play each line with both hands until it is easy and/or memorized.
-string the lines together until you can play the whole piece. Keep it slow until you are comfortable and familiar with it. Then, start playing it faster, working up to an appropriate tempo for that piece.
-Regardless of tempo, relax your arms & shoulders and keep it smooth and flowing.
