better that you call a technician if you have a roland dealer handy.

if not, then try some of the electronic keyboard sites. if it is for use in combos, bands etc. there should be some one that know about a repair center.

Thanks Anthony. I actually sorted it out – just leave the piano upright and remove the front and middle screws underneath.The top of the piano then lifts off and so does the entire keyboard in one piece.The problem was dust and one of the black keys needed pushing back onto its clip properly.Viola!
