30 day period to change your mind provided products are unopened and in their original packaging. During the period 1 November to 31 December you have until 31 January in the following year to change your mind. In order to benefit from our goodwill guarantee, products must be returned either unopened in their original packaging, or if opened, in perfect re-sellable condition. |
